"AMAZING! - I couldn’t recommend A&C Joondalup enough, especially thanks to Becky (give this lady a raise!!). Becky made our wedding band purchasing experience so easy and enjoyable. She was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for us. Oh and the rings are also incredible! 10/10! Thank you so much xx"
"I am the PICKIEST shopper and these lovely ladies (Tina and Becky) made our engagement ring shopping experience a *dream* - no matter how many times I wanted to try on different rings, the girls were ready to cater to every whim, answer every question, and helped customise our order for the perfect ring for the rest of our lives together - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"
"Worst customer service ever!! They do not honour warranties. I have bought Armani watch and it stopped working within warranty period. I had to go to consumer protection WA to resolve my issue. Think before you buy anything expensive from there."
"Is there an option to give less than 1 star? Never in my life have I experienced such disgusting treatment from a retail manager - Tina. My partner called ahead to query a return on an item purchased the day prior after noticing some defects in the metal he wasn't satisfied with considering the price point of the item. He was advised to attend the store to discuss. I accompanied him as we had errands to run and the bitterness we were met with in the store was unfathomable. - The sales person discussed our pointed out flaw with Tina in earshot of us who rudely retorted "there's nothing wrong with it, I can't see anything etc." and then proceeded to approach us and demand "show me what's wrong with it?" Suggested improvement: Practice being impartial. Listen to your customer and have judgment conversations in private. Don't make your customer feel inferior to you. - Tinas' tone was brutal and the lashings we copped were simply unnecessary. She believed there was no fault, we believed there was so I merely asked her to consider her tone and what the next steps were if we didn't agree? Her response was "who are you" and developed to "you can get out of my store!" Disgraceful. Tina needs to learn to speak calmly and recognise when contacting upper management for support is necessary. You cannot kick a customer out of your store simply because they have asked you to speak to them respectfully or because they don't agree with you - this is what conversation is about. You listen to both sides and follow dispute resolution processes. You don't stick your head in the sand (kick the customer out) and banish the problem (your paying customers). Outcome: Upon speaking with upper management (I assume regional) Tina, or should I say Tina 2.0, returned as nice as pie willing to achieve resolution. We ended up leaving the store, on our own terms, satisfied with a refund but utterly disgusted in the abuse we received. Recommend to the community to take their money elsewhere, don't give it to a store with brutal management and a poor return policy. Sincerely yours, from an appreciator of good service (not received at Angus & Coote Joondalup) with 14 years of thoughtful customer service under her belt."
