"I received a phone call from Allianz regarding the cancellation of my policy, it was a really disappointing experience, the man who talked to me interrupted three times while I was talking and kept repeating the same thing, and that happened after I confirmed he finished talking each time. Also he hung up the phone suddenly without saying any words which is totally unacceptable. Send a compliant to them but got nothing response at all. Do NOT use them for any of your insurance!!!"
"Disgusting service. Liars. Promise to return calls and don't bother. Six weeks of ongoing lies . Initially said I was not required to pay an excess. Then 3 weeks later said I must pay. Now I'm not entitled to a hire car because they changed their minds. More than four hours logged on my phone of calls I made to them about this and multiple emails. Still not resolved. The company is structured so you have to wait at least 45 minutes to get through and then nobody has authority to make decisions so they just say we'll be in touch then send stupid emails without addressing your questions or concerns so you have to get on the phone again and start all over again. They just want you to go away and don't care about you, their paying customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have made a formal complaint and guess what? No response whatsoever!"

"Wow, it is this time of the year we seek new quotes for workers compensation insurance. After being on hold for a long time and then being passed to the correct department - the lady who answered, was to be honest shouldn't be in a customer service role. She had me on speaker and redirected me to the website to get a quote! then simply hung up on me. OK, we will look elsewhere!"
