"Was once a big fan of this store, however I received very poor customer service during most recent interaction regarding a pair of leggings. Only purchasing these in mid May they would have been worn 3 times maximum, and after pulling them up my finger natural finger nail went through and made a hole. I was told this was in fact not faulty and there was nothing they could do, nor would they escalate to Leelo. I find it surprisingly they believe this is no fault and have never had a nail go through any other brand of tights, even some that a years old. I have since contacted Leelo directly who instantly provided a store credit for the faulty goods."
