"My worst online purchase experience by far. It took over 4 months to receive my order after initially sending me wrong product twice. In addition very slow in fixing and lack of trust and respect to their customers. After I posted my review they replied in a very rude and disgusting manner which displays who really they are. I have attached a screen shot in which they admit it was their mistake in sending me the wrong product and another screen shot which shows I had given them specific size request. I wanted to use the vet suit in summer but when I received it, summer was over! If you don't want your plans to be ruined, shop somewhere else. There are many great online shops around."
