"Margaret River Wine Tour from Perth My girlfriend & I were staying at the The Ritz-Carlton Perth & were referred to Nic & GranTourismo Private Tours by the concierge. From start to finish, I can honestly say this was the best tour my girlfriend and I have ever been a part of, and we’ve done many. Nic's attention to detail, from the first phone call to helping organise & plan our itinerary was perfection. His level of service is unmatched & made for such a special experience on the day. From receiving printed itineraries the second we got into the car, to providing travel magazines, maps of the region, & giving us the freedom / flexibility to make adjustments as the day went on. Not to mention, how fun it was cruising around the Margaret River in his immaculate Range Rover, which was just detailing to make sure it was perfect for our tour. Nic was beyond accommodating, making sure we were comfortable throughout the day, always having fresh (cold) waters available for us when we entered the car to the next location. We were also pleasantly surprised with Nic’s DSLR camera, to help capture the day, and he was extremely prompt in sharing the photo album with us. My girlfriend also left a personal item in the car by accident, but before we could even arrange a time to pick it up, Nic had already dropped off the item to the Ritz concierge... This tour was the highlight of our trip to Perth & we have not stopped talking about it since. Nic, thank you so much for such an amazing day, You are a legend mate.
