"Booked a cruise which was canceled over 5 months ago ! Was told 60days for refund and had to pay $110 Admin fee expensive secretary ! Our cruise dates have now been and gone and still no refund. After several emails and phone calls it’s the same excuses that’s it’s not their fault blah blah blah We all know on this day and age how easy and quick bank transfers take companies are quick to take your money if I owed you money you would have the debt collection agency onto me by now and my credit file damaged !! By the looks of the reviews coming through there are plenty of us they are making money from You sold this product take responsibility and do the right thing by your customers !"

"Booked a cruise it got cancelled offered a refund and told about 60 days less the $110 booking fee, that was 15th of November still no joy and now its 20th of April. There is always an excuse. Seems like an expensive mistake booking through this lot."
