"Very disappointed, have been going to this practice for well over 10 years for myself and my family, Dr Sam, the hygienists and admin staff have been great. Recently I had an issue with my tooth which turned in to an infection, Dr Sam was not available so another Dr examined and was offered a treatment plan or extraction I opted for the extraction and made an appointment for Monday with Dr Sam. I received a call on Monday and it was canceled. Rescheduled for Tuesday again that was cancelled. Then I was told I had to pay $1200-1300 before private health and Dr Sam is not available. That’s when I thought something was not right. I decided to get a second opinion, long story short another practice did the job on the same day and was all covered by private health. Keys dental are well aware my private health covers the highest amount. I don’t understand why they would do this to a royal customer."
