"Toodler area needs a smaller slide just like Lollipops Playcentre! Older kids throwing around toys when not supposed to be in the area needs supervising. Toy cars didn’t work when using paypass off my phone so was disappointed"

"Place has become very run down and it’s very dirty, dust / dirt / hair / rubbish throughout the whole play centre. Hardly any balls in the ball area, with kids socks left in the equipment. This place has so much potential but feels like the owner hasn’t really put the effort it. Staff are lovely. Would love to see this place cleaner and equipment updated, until then we won’t be returning."

"My three star rating is for the staff, who are friendly and trying their best, also the coffee and food selections (Muffin Break). Unfortunately the play equipment isn't really great for toddlers and could be cleaner. The behaviour of other adults is questionable with mums taking coffee into the play areas when it clearly states not to. Also older children in the toddler area playing rough with no adult supervision. Parents leaving the safety gates open (I closed one numerous times as it was left open). Only a few bad eggs, but enough for me to leave earlier than I thought I would. The staff were too busy at the Cafe to make sure the areas were being used safely and I'm sure how Crocs wants this play centre used☹️"

"This little kids play centre is quite ok for a couple of hours of entertainment for little ones between babies up to 8 years of age. The baby up to 18 months old area is quite small with only a couple of toys in it. The electric car area consisting of 3 ride on electric cars is clean but needs to be paid separately via tap and pay Au$2.50 a ride which last around 3-4 minutes. Overall the place is average in regards to equipment, unfortunately the hygiene and cleanliness in most areas could be greatly improved. The main doors are open, therefore flies are taking advantage of the free entrance and find their place not only in the play area but also in the food and eating area."

"I can only comment on the baby area as that's the only area I went in today. It's disgusting! Between the mats is full of crumbs, dirt and hair. The mats themselves aren't any better! None of the toys work and none of them are remotely clean. I definitely won't be going back. The 2 stars are purely for the nice staff and decent coffee."
