"Made a click and collect order, got an sms saying my order was ready so I go to pick it up only to find the store had shut a lot early then advertised. The lady in there was behind the counter with the door shut at 2.30pm, I'm ringing the store phone number and she's not answering and I'm looking directly at her through the door. I drove further than I would have liked for this order as you were the closest with the product needed. In future don't message saying my order is ready then close 5½ hours earlier then what your opening/closing times are."
