"Was leaving the store this afternoon when I saw a staff member being very rude to a lady. Then security arrived. After chatting with her and her daughter, who had her toddler with her, it was about no wipes being available for trolleys/hands. She was told she couldn't shop in there today. It was in fact the manager of the store. She shouldn't be working in customer service as she has no knowledge of how to speak and treat people. How ridiculous is this. Shame on you."
