"Specials were good, however the staff were not so helpful I won’t be back. I was at the checkout with my own bags the checkout person did not attempt to pack my groceries or ask to help me... I had to pack my goods off to one side. I commented (not rude) that it’s a bit like aldi and the staff agreed, and still ignored the fact that I was packing my own groceries (they were not busy)."

"I shop here regularly, I love thay they support local small food companies well as a lot of International foods, cheeses galore, a lot of gluten-free and vegetarian produce and love the Deli range. Friendly staff makes the whole shopping experience a pleasure."

"So I saw a sign for Soup and a Roll $5.00. Great bargain I thought. Then when I tasted the curry pumpkin soup the thought was confirmed. Needless to say, the soup was hot and delicious. Attached to the IGA supermarket is a little Cafe where the soup is great and the coffee is cheaper than the corporate coffee chains nearby. (I have not yet tasted the coffee). The table space is a little cramped, otherwise I would've given five stars because the quality of food and friendliness of the staff is worth it."

"I really dislike having to go through that maze of fruit and vegitables just to grab something quickly. Before I could walk in go right to what I wanted now I have to take a minute, being forced to look at products I don't want to buy. Besides that the staff are helpful and they have good prices."
