"Check dates on all perishable items! Staff are usually polite and courteous. The Store is strangely hidden in the corner. High ceilings yet still somewhat dingy. If you're going to charge premium prices... at least have your stock in date, this is a repeating issue, read through other reviews. Sneeze screens have been removed."

"This is my local IGA but overall it's a pretty small one. The staff are friendly and the store has most of what you need but it is quite small and the fruit and veg is not great. I would appreciate if their fresh produce was a bit more above average The deli closes earlier than the store as well - but it’s a basic one.. Staff are very friendly though :)"
"Bad customer service almost every time no hello or morning or thank you or even no good bye the last 5 times i’ve gone to Iga candlewood the female older staff are very rude again this morning politely said after the cashier said $11 you should not be working in customer service your so rude no acknowledgement , continue chatting with another worker the who time i was being served until when i gave the cashier my money and had to politely educate and remind you in customer service u should not being getting treated this rudely it’s unprofessional staff need training on customer service they clearly need to be retrained on the basics!!how to great a customer waiting to be served or at least acknowledge or use manners"
