"Our ducted Daikin aircon, installed 22 years ago by Ford & Doonan, had operated without a hitch until last month, when it suddenly stopped working. Repair was deemed possible but not cost effective. Replacement was advised. A quote for a new Daikin aircon was given and a date for installation was arranged. Three weeks later and the new aircon is working to perfection. Procedures for quoting and installing the new aircon were thorough and explained well. Quality of workmanship and coordination and expertise of the installation team were impressive. Starting at 7.30 am, finishing at 2.30 pm, and leaving a clean house and perfectly working aircon. Thank you Ford & Doonan"
