"Overall a great bunnings with very helpful staff, but one of the older blonde ladies at the cafe is downright horrible. It has gotten to the point where I will avoid ordering my coffee if I see she is working. On countless occasions I have heard her loudly complaining (very rudely) about other employees in front of customers and one time she even tried to complain to me directly about one of the other baristas! Very unprofessional, especially when considering all the other ladies that work at the cafe are absolutely delightful and a pleasure to chat with. I rated 3 stars as I don’t think she is a reflection of the amazing customer service and coffee I have received on other occasions but her poor behaviour has resulted in plenty of awkward moments for me and other customers waiting for our coffee."

"It's possibly the most substantial Bunnings store I've ever seen. You practically need golf carts to get around it all everything one day. Staff friendly and the range of everything is huge."

"Foe the past few years, we've been buying fresh grass rolls from Bunnings every few weeks for our dog in the courtyard. I always just ask for a disposal plastic bag to put it in and never had an issue. This time they looked at me like I was a criminal and told me to bring my own. Very rude."

"This is our local Bunnings and overall the staff and store is great and they have some great customer service staff on the floor. The staff at the service desk though who we have had the displeasure of having to deal with several times for faulty items and vehicle hire are rude, condescending and seriously do not know what customer service is. Unfortuantly i have seen several reviews that reflect this as the norm for the service desk staff."

"I absolutely love Bunnings, I’ve been a loyal customer across the country for over 14years. However the Clarkson branch in WA is absolutely terrible, firstly as a personal observation, there is no diversity, 99.99% of the staff are white, secondly I always feel a tremendous sense of dissatisfaction dealing with arrogant and disrespectful staff, particularly from the young ladies at the counters/service desk. I have had to return items a few times as a result of bad advice from staff, with a latest one being tiles. I got assistance to purchase outdoor tiles only to realise that I had purchased indoor tiles when the tiler was ready commence work. Upon returning the tiles, I was given the run around when I noted the credit voucher had a slightly different “lower” amount compared to the initial purchase price despite showing them pictures I had taken a while back during the initial purchase (difference of $68 to my disadvantage) The overly immature no customer service young ladies at the service desk refused to listen when I presented the old receipt showing actual values, told me some bull dust story that Bunnings does not refund figures once a credit voucher has been issued. I asked to speak to a manager who was quite helpful and issued my full refund - the manager was Polynesian in appearance. although I appreciated the refund, I got no apologies from the other 2 vile young ladies."
