"I made a booking online - was stuck @ work so i moved the booking to next day, turned up 5 minutes before appointment time and was informed Barber i was booked with is running 5 minutes late. I took a seat and waited. 40 minutes after i had arrived i was informed by a Female it will be 5 more minutes - i walked to my car to contact my employer(My employer asked me to return to work). I called the business and informed them i will not be able to return since i need to go back to work. No apologize given, No were are running approx 45 plus minutes late - are you happy to wait or would you rather rebook. I emailed the company and sent them a Facebook message - no response to either message. I was going to be late so i did the correct thing and move the booking - all i received from the company was the Cold Shoulder. Communication is the key - if your running late say something. Also don't tell your client they must have a drink while they wait like a Beer - some people take prescription medication and are not allowed to drink and drive as it effects there medication - when i told a Female staff member this when she asked why i did not have a drink i received back chat and having to put up with her walking away when talking to me. I feel if i had done this i may have been asked to leave and never return - a friend of mine referred me to this Company - i will never visit this company again. NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AS THE BARBER WAS RUNNING OVER 45 MINUTES LATE - WHEN I CALLED TO SAY I WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN I ASKED IF SHE WAS FREE BY CHANCE - NOPE STILL WITH THE SAME PRIOR CLIENT -- SO THE BARBER WAS RUNNING OVER 1 HOUR LATE."
