"I popped in store today (12/2/23) to shop the maternity range and I was really impressed with the staff member serving! She was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and I noticed this service not just to myself but to everyone. She helped with sizing and answered any questions I had, she was checking on everyone in the change rooms and it looked like she was running the store solo, amazing! It's SO refreshing and rare to have customer service like this and I regret not catching her name to give the credit she deserves. Thank you for going above and beyond!"

"I bought a garment in store that seemed a little expensive at the time, but i trusted this brand so i tried it out. It performed terribly. I was really unhappy with the garment. The store manager told me that she couldn't help, as they were only 'trained' to deal with faulty issues, as the garment wasn't 'faulty' (seams were intact) told me to speak to the chat function on the LJ website instead if i wanted more assistance. You can gauge the quality of a brand by how they deal with an unsatisfied customer... I won't be shopping with Lorna Jane again."

"Went into the store today (3/12/20) and was greeted by the most helpful woman named Susana. She really went above and beyond to make myself and my Mother feel welcome and comfortable. She wasn’t pushy or overwhelming and made the overall shopping experience amazing. I will definitely be returning to this store specifically due to this woman’s hard work and dedication to her job! Can’t say enough good things :)"

"I went to this store today 29/04/2020 and the staff member that was on was no more than amazing . She was running around helping everyone , very professional and was great with feed back and knowledge of the clothing and was going the extra mile to help get more clothing and sizes for the women in the change rooms. What was more amazing was that she was running the shop on her own , and had not one drop of sweat . One of the best services I have had in a long time and without me even asking she went out the back and got me a brand new pair of sports leggings in my size to take home. It was a very good start to a great day shopping . Thank you for the great service I hope Lorna Jane management know how valuable this staff member is to there business."
