At Rachael Lee Harris, we understand that adults on the autism spectrum often seek a diagnosis for their peace of mind and better self-knowledge. We offer adult diagnostic assessments that accompany you on a unique journey of self-discovery. Through this process, we affirm your deepest and truest self as a person on the spectrum, enriching your life experience.

The diagnostic process consists of three steps. Firstly, we obtain a summary of your personal history and Asperger traits via email, as well as a perspective from a family member. Secondly, we conduct a clinic session for discussions, observations, and standardized autism questionnaires. Lastly, we provide a follow-up clinic session to convey the results and recommendations arising from the assessment.

Please note that if you require an autism diagnosis for accessing NDIS or Disability Support Pension, it needs to be obtained through a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.

In addition to assessments, we offer a 12-week program that guides you on a personal journey of self-discovery. This program approaches the autistic way of being from a position of health, focusing on social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Through engaging therapies and essential teachings, we aim to provide peace of mind, solid self-esteem, and personal transformation that addresses your whole being - body, mind, and spirit. Our program draws on your natural autistic temperament, emphasizing qualities such as silence, stillness, and focus to unlock your personal potential.

For children, we offer the RIT for Kids program, a 10-week program that aims to identify and address cognitive distortions early on, promoting a healthy sense of self-identity. This program helps children build resilience and stability, ensuring their well-being throughout childhood and into adulthood.

At Rachael Lee Harris, we are committed to providing comprehensive support and therapies for individuals on the autism spectrum. We also offer clinic appointments at Ballow Chambers in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Additionally, we provide NDIS funded therapies for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans.
