"I really wish there were more stars. Today was my second nerve block injection for intractable, radiated pain caused by some issue in my spine. The first was performed about 10 months ago by the eminent, senior radioligist Dr John McGuire. Reputedly, the effect of the injections can last somewhere between 12 days and 12 months. I feel very lucky. I was completely pain free for 10 months and most grateful for every second of that time. Of course, I requested Dr John McGuire for this second round after my having endured an inevitable return of the pain. Dr John McGuire is an acknowledged specialist in the area of these difficult and exacting injections. The difficulty with and exactitude required for these injections appeals to Dr McGuire's gold standard experience, intellect and methodology. Today he gave me a nerve block injection that penetrated 9 centimetres. Truly, I did not feel a thing. In the near future I will research as to whether there is a keyhole surgical intervention that can disable the nerve. If there is, I will have it. Failing that, I will be a repeat patient of Dr John McGuire and BP imaging for as long as I can talk them into continuing their world class provision of medical services. My respect for and recommendation of the services of Dr McGuire and BP imaging is as high as I can go. With much gratitude, Paul Byrne"
"Staff are not very friendly. I feel as though they've done the job a million times and lost all care factor. Barely a smile from anyone working there. The MRI was done, ok for me but I'd hate to be anyone with anxiety or feeling nervous. People requiring an MRI are usually in pain or going through some medical issues, so a friendly smile and comforting staff is definitely needed but unfortunately lacking."
"I would have rated Brisbane Private Imaging 5 out of 5 because the radiographer and nurses who attended to me yesterday morning when I had my MRI were very professional and caring. Unfortunately, they were let down by whoever who was responsible for sending the results to my specialists and GP. This afternoon, I learnt that my doctors had not received my report. Even after phoning to ask for the results to be sent to my doctors, still not all of them have received them. I find this very disappointing."
