"Today was my first visit for our Nuchal translucency scan. We originally had an appointment for friday but it turns out we were further along than we thought. I rang the office yesterday and advised the receptionist of the size of our baby and without hesitation or frustration she booked us in the next morning at 8am for our scan. Michelle was so friendly on the front counter when greeting us and congratulating us on our news. We briefly met Dr Frank Carmody before Jasmine took over our scan. Jasmine was so professional on explaining what we were looking at and if what we saw was normal. She understood that this is a special time for us and took extra time looking at our baby. The conversation was easy and professional. I felt completely comfortable through out the whole scan. Will definitely return for all our scans and Im so blessed to have been looked after so well.
