Lobby Bar

"We went for breakfast at the Lobby Bar and got an outside table. Generally, the food was pretty good but the service was terrible. Firstly, when we sat down, our waiter - Mason - barked at us “Drink?” To which I said, yeah do you have a menu. He replied, “Well do you want coffee!?” My fiancée said no I’d like a juice can we have a menu? So reluctantly, he went inside and grabbed some menus. When he came back, he brought out a dinner menu… Secondly, not a major gripe but I asked for some more tap water and that never came even though the waiter was not busy. Overall, the food was delicious but wouldn’t rush back given the customer service."

"I tried the duck soup this time it was delicious. However its a little confusing why the food comes in fine dining type of food when it is a hotel. People go here for bottom less lunch etc so we want to drink and eat some food that matches with the food. Overall I always like coming here. Just hoping that they add more good to the menu that suis the place."

"The lobby lobster croissant is a little bit over priced. Table service is not up to standard, as the staff too rush to ask for the order and collect the plates. I haven't wiped my month, but the serviette already collected by them. When i asked for the bill, no one answered. I don't know what were they doing. The only con is the good asmophere. I went there around 3:30pm, not much people."

"Came to Lobby Bar for drinks and snacks with a friend. The fit out is beautiful and luxe, such a lovely space! The multiple staff who served us were all very helpful and attentive. In regard to the drinks - The Calile Spritz' were delicious and refreshing, we stuck with them all afternoon. For food, we ordered the lobster croissant, crab toast and fries and everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks so much, will be back again!"
