"Received a renewal policy for home and contents insurance at $1052 per year through budget direct. Went online to to find quotes and compare the market offered the same policy for $679...through budget direct. I called them asking why it is cheaper by $373...half an hour (can't remember ever earning that kind of money in half an hour before) and a little switching from one department to another and it's a done deal. It is too easy to let your current policy automatically renew, but it just goes to show, when renewing any policy, get quotes...otherwise you are going to pay too much."
