"1st appointment staff were running 20 minutes late. 2nd appointment I sat and waited almost an hour past my appointment start time for the removal of a mole. Time which I do not get paid for and did not allow for in my day or schedule. Mole was removed and i was given simply awful wound care advice, which lead to an infection starting within 2-3 days. Eventually when stitches were removed, the wound opened up by the time i got to the car. The stitches were poorly put in, alongside terrible wound care advice lead to the requirement for stitches being almost completely useless. Wound is now healing as a normal scab would, with a very uneven cut line, with visable and lumpy horrible scar tissue forming. All the above for a lovely fee of over $250. Will not be returning for any future services. Very disappointed."

"Great experience from the moment I walked in. Had my little girl with me, staff were so good beautiful and kind. Offered for me to go use bathroom alone (lol) while they kept an eye on her. Very kind of them. I seen With Dr. Colin McTari. He was amazing, had all cool technology I had never seen before. Made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. I had to laugh to myself also on my way out, my baby was getting a bit restless, so I had to carry her. Dr. Colin McTari had to push my pram out of the office for me, which was funny to me because I have a beat up PINK Bugaboo pram, and he is a very well dressed and stylish man. Haha. If anyone goes there, you are in good hands."

"Called into this clinic today to make an appointment, the lovely friendly receptionist Maria was very helpful in explaining to me the process of what happens in a skin check. I wanted to see a female doctor at the clinic next week which Maria advised me they were fully booked but assured me that I could have my skin checked with a female chaperone. She explained in great detail even though she was inundated with phone calls, she was constantly putting calls on hold and checking with them if they were still happy to hold whilst she answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to having my skin checked, if this is the service that I will receive, given the communication I had with Maria. Very courteous and bubbly. Will update with my skin check next week."
