"Usually a fantastic clinic with great reception staff and doctors, couldn't rate Drs Joseph and Eaton highly enough when they were there, however my partner's latest appointments with Dr Smith were beyond disappointing. He was unempathetic to her distress the last two appointments, to the point where we had to ask for a tissue from a box on his desk, rather than be offered. I think that asking if she was okay or if she needed anything before continuing would have been a simple gesture. The stress of her appointment has aggravated her epilepsy to the point of a seizure in public. As it stands we won't be seeing him again."

"Dr Smith was terrible, he has horrible bedside manner and is not empathetic enough to be treating complex cases. He distressed me so much I had a seizure on the way home. I recommend seeing anyone else."

"I just got out of hospital and was advised to attend my local GP to have a dressing changed in two days. After explaining to the receptionist that I was an existing patient and the brief history she then asked me again on two further occasions “are you a patient here?”, then advised me that no appointments are taken on Saturdays, no nurse is available on Saturday, so I should just ring and see if a Dr was happy to change my dressing, basically if a doctor that I’m paying $75 to see decides they don’t want to change my dressing, of an open wound, then I just need to ring around and find any doctor who may want to do it.. I don’t mind ringing and trying my luck to get an appointment, however the receptionist was very rude and couldn’t even be bothered to find out which doctors were on this Saturday or even if there was a possibility of them doing it, for all i know some of the doctors who are on today might be on this Saturday and she may have asked them if they would change the dressing, that information would have been helpful. I attend your clinic because I trust the doctors and the staff are usually quite helpful. However, I will take the advice that your receptionists tone implied, and I will take my business and referrals elsewhere."
