In such cases, we will arrange for your appointment to be conducted via phone call, allowing you to wait outside or in your car. Please be aware that our health staff are also required to isolate for 7 days if they test positive for COVID-19, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

It is important to note that the government only provides rebates for short telehealth consultations (less than 20 minutes). If your telehealth consultation exceeds 20 minutes, the rebate will remain the same. However, we regret to inform our DVA patients that long telehealth consultations are not available, except for mental health matters.

Occasionally, our GPs may experience delays due to urgent or complex cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during such instances.

If you have scheduled a telehealth appointment, we kindly request that you have your mobile phone with you at the allocated appointment time. Failure to answer the Doctor's phone call within 1 hour from the appointment time may result in a non-attendance fee of $50.
