"WARNING!!!!! NEVER EVER trust this company to clean ANYTHING. We paid $440 for them to do an incredibly poor job at so called steam cleaning our lounge suite and carpets. They did not clean under mats or easily accessible areas and left water and mess everywhere. They did not lift up any of the cushions on our lounge suite and only so called "cleaned'" the tops. They left marks and stains that any cleaning company could have removed. I have NEVER had such a poor job done by any cleaning company. After repeated requests for them to come back and finish the job properly and failed no shows on their part we have decided to warn other innocent people of these scam artists. These people lie and deceive you and take your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM."

"On 21/07/2022 G Singh did a very poor bond cleaning in our unit. They charged us $380 and we payed upfront trusting them but they didn’t even clean the cooking stove at all and neither vacuum the rooms properly. I got an email from my property agent that they again hired their cleaner and sent me an invoice of $350. So, guys please DO NOT USE this Complete bond clean service at all and save your money."

"Dishonest and deceiving. I called and requested a bond clean. Told her all I needed to be done. Everything was yes. It would cost $400. She told me it included carpet cleaning. I told her not to worry about the carpet as someone else who specialises in carpet cleaning would do this. Day before calls me to see if ok she comes early as she had another job afterwards. Thought this odd as bond cleaning takes up so so much time. Said ok. Day of service calls at 5.20am to say the walls needed cleaning.... Dahhh!!! Said doesn't do walls however will for more money! We continue to argue and then she has hangs up on me. Moral of the story. Don't trust this company or any other for that matter. Get written quotes not just verbal agreement. Also want to mention that she didn't want to see the job first even though she is down the street."
