"My brother has end stage COPD. He was in need of an urgent CT scan of his lungs. When I went to book him in after the GP appointment he sat in the car trying to catch his breath while I went in. I explained the situation the lady at the front desk and she spoke to one of their radiologists. This was mid afternoon and they were winding down their appointments for the day. However, they moved heaven and earth to do this scan before they closed that day. They were so caring and professional. I can't speak highly enough of their care. Many thanks."

"The admin staff at this centre was extremely rude when I asked to collect a report. Another branch had told me to go in and collect a copy if I needed. I paid $250 for a report and when requested it from this branch I was told I couldn’t collect it until a further 5 days even though they had the report already done. The girl I dealt with at reception talked abruptly and with a sense of importance that was totally unjustified. I explained it was an urgent request that I had to send off to my surgeon. She kept repeating the processes but ended up printing and throwing it on the counter at me. I didn’t see the point in going through all that if they were just going to give it to me anyway. I have never experienced such lack of customer service when paying highly for such services. I will never use this radiology service again and would not recommend anyone to this branch."
