Officeworks Oxley

"Called other officeworks branches to print out my 1 page only A1 size job and was told it needed to be booked. So I said yeahhh nahhh I needed it to be done asap. So then I thought I'd try and ring there at Oxley branch and believe it or not they had the good will to do it on the spot! I was surprised and grateful because I needed this to be done urgently for the next day. Arrived there and the person who I was speaking to on the phone was the same person who served me and remembered my request. If I'm not mistaken I think her name was Casey or somethin' she had a very professional, friendly and had excellent customer service attitude at that printing service area. Despite how busy it kind of was I was watching her every move and was impressed with how she manages to handle everything well and left me satisfied without being savage like I'd face if I was somewhere else maybe.. until the moment I walked out of the store. Wow you need to get promoted sis. Good job to you and thanks Oxley Officeworks for having such a great team member and will definitely be shopping there again. :)"

"Even though my order got messed up (computer fault) I was impressed by Casey. Casey showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed up as soon as possible. They showed care and validated my frustrations. Phenomenal job."

"Came in this afternoon really needing some help and left as confused as I was when I entered. My husband and I explained to someone at the counter (dark hair, glasses) that I needed help printing things for my baby shower on the weekend. I told her the reason we came in was because we wanted to check the quality of paper. She went on a tangent explaining that there’s a difference between paper quality and paper thickness, and I told her that thickness is what I meant, and that I would like to know what’s what before I purchase anything. She said it would take her a while to get everything out for us to look at, so we just felt like we were inconveniencing her. It was just a really unpleasant and patronising conversation when all we wanted was help :("

"This place always has really good service and usually has everything in stock. The staff are very friendly and I always feel comfortable in the store."

"I like this Officeworks location because they've got more tills/registers than some of their other stores. Staff are generally friendly, too. Parking/access is the one main challenge, so plan ahead a bit. If you're heading east on the Ipswich Motorway (from Ipswich or the W. Freeway), take the Oxley Rd./Blunder Rd. exit -- you'll see Bunnings over to the right in the distance, the overpass/roundabout in front of you, and bear left off the slip-road to turn into Officeworks and The Ox Hotel...if you overshoot, turn left onto Oxley Rd. at the roundabout and then quick left into The Ox's other entrance. Heading west on Ipswich Rd. (from Granard Rd./Rocklea; or north/south on Blunder/Oxley Rd., take the Bunnings/Ox Hotel roundabout and head north on Oxley Rd. about 10 metres, then turn left into The Ox parking lot, which leads around to Officeworks. Sorry, lots of info but it was confusing the first few times I went."
