"Bought a CAB 2000 cabinet. Absolutely excellent product with one major problem. The stainless steel sheets that the cabinet is made from are covered with strong plastic protective covering. Then the cabinet is manufactured without removing the plastic making it nearly impossible to remove especially in corners and near folds. Outside of cabinet is doable but inside on shelves not so. I thought about leaving plastic on but that defeats purpose of buying stainless steel. Could have bought inexpensive cabinet with a laminate covering."
