"We purchased a new outdoor table and chair setting and outdoor lounge from Lavita Furniture Salisbury. The staff were all great and the products are exceptional quality - after extensive searching elsewhere, we managed to find exactly what we wanted at Lavita. What was extra special was that we needed to undertake a renovation to our outdoor space ahead of the delivery of the furniture. Yasmin and the team were really happy to hang on to our purchases until we were ready for delivery (and this was weeks - thanks Yas!). When we were ready for delivery, Yasmin sorted the delivery for us straight away, and the crew installed and set up our new purchases then took all the empty cartons etc away. No need to even do a dump run to the recycle plant. I can highly recommend Lavita Furniture - go and chat with Yasmin, she will sort you out."

"Recently we purchased a few items from Lavita furniture. While most of the furniture itself is fine, there were issues with not enough screws and washers being supplied etc, and the holes in the sofa were not pre-drilled correctly. My biggest complaint is the after sales service of this company. Our coffee table came with a significant crack in the stone on delivery. So far it has taken 3 weeks, and we still don't have a replacement. The communication has been slow, and in all honesty quite dismissive, despite my contacting them for updates. For the price, we would've expected much better. Sadly, all the above reasons would stop us from purchasing again from Lavita Furniture."
