"We recently moved from Birkdale to West End. In the move, we were devastated when our movers broke the solid American oak head board of our sleigh bed. It was our most expensive piece of furniture and had great sentimental value as well as it had been a gift to us - we had specifically asked our movers to be extra careful with it. We were even more upset when the movers took it to an "expert" in furniture repair who said it wasn't possible to fix.
