"So I went to the store around 2 weeks ago and bought the Flinders concrete table. Since I am building a house and the house will not be ready till Nov/Dec, they agreed to deliver the item towards the end of the year. I did pay 1800 dollar as a deposit and left. Post discussion with my builder, they advised that the heavy weight of the table (180kg), would not be ideal to be placed on a deck. After that I reached out to store to cancel my order (which was agreed to be delivered end of the year) and they said as per tc they charge me 30% of my deposit 600 dollar due administration fee (which is only issuing an invoice). This was NEVER discussed with me while I paid the deposit. The store manager insisted that she told me that they have informed me which was not the truth. She was so busy even she made a mistake in the first invoice and corrected the amount after I flagged it to her. Anyways after I told her that she never told me the 30% cancellation fee and she is lying she hung up the phone on me and that is the attitude of a store manager! Also she told me that they never have ever had a discount more than 25% and guess what next week it was 30%... I should have read the reviews actually before shopping in that store... Terrible customer service!"

"Dirty furniture was delivered. After they sent a cleaner to clean it (out of goodwill!?) and he failed I was told that I could have a $200 voucher to spend in their store. Furniture cost $4585. All unwrapping of furniture was videoed and we had a pro cleaners here at the time to stain protect the couch. He couldn't do his job as the couch was already stained. Emails take days to be answered. Couch was also sent with out the centre plug and we have been told to insert it ourselves although the couch is extremely heavy. Gone from a fan of the store to never shopping there again."
