"Disappointing given all the positive reviews. I ordered an outdoor cane furtniture set in August 2021. It arrived late August and by beginning of September it had already broken. I contacted the team who extremely quickly offered me a replacement as soon as the items returned to Stock in November 2021. So far, so good. November 2021 came and passed and no replacement turned up. I followed up again. Turns out the item had come back into stock, but then already sold out. Rinse and Repeat until August 2023, when I said enough is enough can I please have a refund. The owner called me. Referred to me as 'dear' - ladies you know the ick factor with this .... spoke over me repeatedly and then hung up on me when I said the faulty product was available for them to pick up, but that I wouldn't be returning it as it had been 2 years. To date I still dont' have a refund for the faulty product. If a refund arrives in my bank account, I'm happy to amend this review."
"Absolute dedication to customer service, Jay sent me a bunch of photos of floor stock items and understood my needs so well. I was able to source and buy 2 beautiful furniture pieces not on the website and trust that they were good quality and would be perfect for our house. Delivered on the Tuesday to Sydney from Queensland by a very kind and friendly guy (purchased 3 days prior). All staff members were kind, courteous and helpful over the phone. East to purchase online via email. The quality of these brass pieces is really good and sale prices were amazing! Highly recommend to speak with them about your needs and you might find other bespoke things for sale not on the website. Furniture arrived with wine, what’s not to love!!!"
