"Absolutely terrible service. Recommend finding another retailer. Nick Scali staff made a mistake entering the delivery address in their route planning system. Put the delivery on the wrong route (only 20 mins down the road) Never bothered delivering it, wasted my time, passed the buck and then wouldn’t confirm to a redelivery date on the call. Lack of accountability between different teams and no attempt to resolve and get the job done. Painful. Icing on the cake was dispatch call center team member trying to suggest I should catch their internal typos and mistakes. Wow."

"Just an update on my review from below. These guys will make you feel helpless as a customer. The sofa was delivered after 16 weeks; The delivery person made me sit at home the whole day Friday - waiting for delivery and finally arrived at 8 PM. Left a chunky sofa packaging in the middle of my living room commuting that he will come back early morning next day to unpack and install it. Has not turned up yet......completely helpless. Some lies at the time of sale........ 1. Advice that delivery will be in 10 weeks - while they very well know that practically every custom order is taking 14-15 weeks. I am till waiting for my 28th Jan order and have been told that delivery is still 5 weeks away. Few of friends have the same experience. 2. Sale will be over in 2 days......never buy on this. I was told that everything I am buying will come off sale on 31 Jan. It is still on sale !!!"

"I bought a lounge a week ago and within a week the product dropped 100.00. So my wife went in to see if they would give us a discount because they had told us that we needed to buy because it was going off sale. Only to drop 100.00. The nice lady was not very helpful about that and said the 100.00 difference wasn't much. We have bought all of our leather furniture here. But this is my last purchase. I was going to buy the single chair that went with my recliners but I'll purchase a different chair from a different place."

"Nick Scami = terrible experience. Wasted more than 4 trips to one of their stores and way more delivery dramas than any one table should come with. Have yet to talk to a real person that has had a truly good experience with them. So now you are warned. Save your time, it's worth more than anything they have in store. (Finally got a refund, and they only refunded less than half of what they owe me, so the scam continues.) Wish someone had given me the advice to never go here."
