"The experience with Liat was five stars! And the delivery from Scotty was ten stars!! He was determined to get the pool where it needed to be all the while with a smile on his face. "A crack developed in the deformed(arrived like that in 2003) top of one of my 23000 litre tanks in 2011. They came and repaired it by using a plastic welder. The crack reappeared this year but they wouldn't repair it as I don't have my original warranty documents. This is correct, but I don't remember receiving any. In any case they won't repair the crack because the failure is my fault because my overflows must have blocked up. This is incorrect . The tank inlet is screened. There is only water in the tank and I have 3 outlets and only one inlet. I would never deal with this business again. They invent scenarios and lie to avoid honouring their warranty on a product that is faulty."
