"Outdoor Aluminium replaced the balustrading at our 2 storey, 7 unit apartment complex in Clayfield and boy, did they do a great job. I cannot speak highly enough of the team as the work really looks spectacular. The Balustrades themselves are a high quality powder coated aluminium, and we were able to select the colours that best suited the design of the complex from a wide range of choices. The work was completed promptly and professionally. In addition, the price was competitive compared to the other offerings on the market, which were quite inflexible on their product choices. We will definitely be going back to Outdoor Aluminium for any future balustrading work."

"We had a side fence and gate supplied and installed by Outdoor about 2 years ago. Throughout the period, we have had multiple issues with the quality of the installation, including the hinges coming off the fixing to the gate (twice) and the fence panel coming loose between the side of our home to the gate. After contacting Outdoor about the most recent issue, we had Brian (the owner) turn up at our door unannounced and berate my husband for raising further issues with the installation. In short, Brian accused my husband of abusing the fence which in turn was causing it to come loose. My husband tried to raise the cause of the previous issues (poor installation), and the fact that we hardly use the fence and gate in question. Continuing to shout (causing neighbours to come out of their house to see what was going on), Brian maintained that it was our fault, and that any further call outs would be charged at our expense. My husband then asked Brian to leave. In short, I would not recommend this company at all. The other negative reviews are also consistent with our overall experience"

"Terrible customer service. I called asking to have some balustrade supplied so they took my details to call back later. They called later saying they will send someone out to measure. After this, I got the quote and it said supply and install so i reminded them I was only after supply. They then told me "Unfortunately we do not do supply only once we have sent our guys out to meet with you and measure up" (news to me). So they refused my business all together for their lack of internal communication. Also, Thanks to the person quoting who dragged mud through our lounge room."

"1 star is the lowest you can give but otherwise it deserves a solid 0. I spoke to Katie 6 weeks ago looking for a quote. At the time she said they were extremely busy with everything happening and that they would be 8 weeks away. I agreed and then sent them drawing and pictures of what we needed. I was quoted on this and accepted the quote. After another 3 weeks of waiting I finally had a cal up for a site measure where I was told that our job was going to be a bit trickier but we wind have a few options. I received an email from Anne one week later saying that they weren’t confident in malt what we needed and that they weren’t going to do it. I then emailed back and asked to speak to Jeff who did the measure up so he could run me through his other suggested options. I didn’t hear anything back so I rang Anne and then she said that they couldn’t do what I wanted and that I should just appreciate the fact they were being honest about not being able to do (even though I’ve waited 6 weeks and I was happy to get an alternative) and then she cut the phone on me. That’s terrible service and really I’ll mannered to do that specially when we waited so long and we’re more than happy to do a recommended alternative. You should never cut the phone on a paying customer specially when they are just trying to work through alternatives. Completely disappointed with this company"
