"One start for Roger. Poor customer service, poor communication. Brought pool vacuum to the shop for repair. Was told will take 20 mins to fix it. He then served another 2 customers, answered multiple phone calls while kept me waiting. It was understandable as he was the only one in shop. When i asked him if I should be served first, he replied nothing he could do and told me to come back afterwards. It ended up me waiting in shop for one hour then got told to come back later. Good job. Also straight lies about prices of chlorinator cells without blinking eyes."
