This is not a single incident of poor service, it has been going on for some time including the Windsor store where we had one of your "technicians" come to our home and charge for services not provided. This is not isolated. It is a far cry from the family business that existed when we started using this company 26 years ago. Back then you would not go anywhere else. Now there are lots of options where people actually value the business."
