"This is our preferred pool shop because of pricing and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sure they don’t have the fancy machine that gives you a printout of your chemicals in your pool when you being in a sample, but the upside is that they never try to sell you chemicals you don’t need. And their competitor who does have the fancy machine will only give you the printout if you buy chemicals during that visit whether or not your pool needs it. Sometimes less is more."
"First time pool owner, called the store with an unknown pump issue after spending hours trying to solve it using youtube videos. The lad on the phone was super helpful and tried to talk me through all the possibilities. Turns out it was beyond me, so they sent 2 people around the next day to fix it. Pulled the pump apart, fixed the issue, gave me a full lesson on how it works, how to backwash etc. Went above and beyond. Got the bill and couldn't believe how cheap it was. Unbelievable service and value. My new pool shop."
