"We have recently moved into the area and are first time pool owners. we were unsure on how or what maintenance is required. We popped into Yamanto pool and spa and explained the situation and they were more then happy to help. They organised one of their pool technicians to come out and explain the whole process and service / clean our pool, he took the time to make sure we understand everything! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend."
"Firstly this is a Family owed business and they recently installed a new sand filter for me.. Jessie did a great job and its all running well. I then ordered a new pool cover and it was ordered in and Jessie came out to fit it. I was aware he was struggling but left him to it. After it was finished I wasn't happy. I emailed Bill the owner and explained the situation and he was firstly apologetic and advised he would order a new cover .. WOW I was impressed. They came out and firstly trimmed the cover to fit flat. That wasn't what I wanted and when Bill asked if I was happy I said not really I had asked for a 3 inch lip. Well not a problem again.. ripped the cover off the pool and fitted a brand new one . I would thoroughly and whole hardheartedly recommend this business, Excellent customer service from both Jessie and Bill. As I am not well this means a lot and I will use them again"
"Given a supposed brand new pool pump that died no more than 6mths old. Their contractor said the fault was due to the water level of pool just above the skimmer. We advised that the pump stopped working you could feel the heat from its motor and with pump not working the water started going green and was no point in us topping up pool when not in use. Not to mention the temperatures we had contributed to the evaporation of the water. Long story short they would not cover under warranty I'm out of pocket and what's worse they replaced the parts with 2nd hand parts! I've spoken to other pool experts and I now realise for the past year I've used Yamanto I've been lead astray. No more"
