"The Kids pool is better for young kid or toddler to come here, the water is too shallow for bigger Kid, when i come here, most pool laps have been occupied by swimming lessons, not much space for public to use, also same as indoor heated pool, indoor heated pool is too small, before go there, make sure you check the LANE AVAILABILITY"
"Terrible. I signed up for 6 months & couldn’t use it due to being extremely unwell for months, including being hospitalised. I spoke to a staff member in October & she advised me that the last payment would be debited on 25 October & my membership would end. Last week I discovered that weekly payments were still being deducted. I spoke to a staff member who advised me that she would arrange for a refund. Today, I spoke to a different staff member who back flipped, demanded a medical certificate from the hospital & then terminated the call when challenged. Absolutely despicable attitude & behaviour in the circumstances."
