"I been to pandora garden city store many times in the past but always felt judged. I love buying pandora so I normally ignore staff. But today first time in 3 years I got best service by a team member. She was very polite, witty and helped us without judging or asking my budget. She was even helping other team members in between and acknowledging other customers who were waiting to be served. Later figured out that she is the store manager who recently took over. We were really happy with the customer service and will definitely recommend to visit the Garden city store."

"Terrible service and terrible staffs, would rank zero star if the system let me, they deliberately let me wait for 20min with no one coming to me and then the ugly black lady said impatiently to me that they are busy with other customers and then ignored me and let me wait even longer. I hope you can understand it is your problem to not have enough staffs and you should get ashamed for your attitude as a lowclass sales who is being terrible even at your own work"
"My wife likes to collect pandora jewellery and does so with some vigour . Today she took a purchase back to the garden city shop with a faulty clip ( after chasing the charm down the front stairs ) . She was told no warranty or repair without a receipt . The collection was less that a year old so warranty period is not an issue . It is a common problem with this line and has many reviews with the same problem . The staff were disinterested in helping when they realised there would be no sale . Sad to see a premium brand store with such lousy service . She will now shop elsewhere for similar products and better service ."
