Caitlin is such a good representation of Sarah and Sebastian as it was my first time visiting a store, and she made me feel super comfortable and was highly informative about the soldering process and anything else that I seemed interested in. It has been one month since I was soldered and my bracelet has been resistant to snagging, moisturising and all the cleaning I do around the home, which speaks volumes about the quality of their products.
