"After the 2nd time of trying to get my bracelet repaired due to poor workmanship they said it would take 3 weeks and wanted to charge me $110.00. I will never consider stepping foot into another Tiffany store again."
"I came into the store to get some help with sizing. A lovely lady greeted me upon entrance - unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name. Then Katie looked after me and provided sizing and styling advise while I was trying on different jewellery pieces, ultimately finding those that fit just right. I felt very welcome and got real help - thank you so much."
"I went in determined to buy a ring, and wanted to see which of two very similar styles I preferred (the difference was almost indistinguishable in online advertising) and what size to get. I found one of the styles I was looking for, and the sales assistant was very eager to show me other random, expensive ones instead of the other similar style. She seemed more about sales targets than customer service. Eventually she showed me the other one I was looking for and once I decided on my preference, she tried convincing me that the one I tried in store was the size I needed, even though I kept telling her it was uncomfortable. When I insisted that I needed a different size, said they would need to send it from Sydney, which I was fine with. She seemed happy to set up the sale until she found out my delivery address was a P.O. Box. The sales assistant quickly became impatient and rude as she explained company policy wouldn’t allow me to have the ring posted. My disappointment is in both, this sales assistant’s attitude toward me and the company’s archaic policy against mailing to P.O. Boxes. Rather than buying the ring I had been looking forward to, I left empty-handed and feeling very small. What a shift in my perception of the brand! I’ll never feel the need to set foot in a Tiffany’s store again. Absolutely not worth the premium they charge for the box."
"I purchased a ring for my partner for his birthday from the Brisbane store. When I made the purchase the sales assistant said they only had one size but she would give me a gift receipt because he can come back and swap it over. My partner then came back to the store with his birthday present because it didn't fit only to be told that it was a discontinued item and they didn't have any in Australia. He was told there was one his size but it was in Canada. The sales assistant asked him to come back after lunch so he could ask his manager if it was ok to get the ring delivered to Brisbane. When my partner and I both returned to the store we were informed that yes there was a ring in Canada but it was too difficult to get it sent over so we could either select a different ring or get a refund. We chose the refund only to then be told off because I as the card holder should not have put the purchase under my partners customer profile. It's so disappointing that a global brand cannot provide a truly global experience and stuffed us around on what was supposed to be a beautiful birthday gift. It makes me feel that the staff there do not care about the customer experience and only care about making their sales quota for the day. Furthermore they made us feel like we were an inconvenience and we walked away extremely disappointed and sad that the Tiffany brand did not live up to it's promise of luxury and sophistication."
"After looking forward to the experience, I must say I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth at the Brisbane shop, or should I call it an outlet? The lady serving me looked more interested in protecting her goods from me, as if I was going to rob her. Where does a renowed name like Tiffany's go looking for their front counter employees you wonder. I barely understood her and unless she is "the" franchisee, I really struggle to understand the logic. No eye contact, did I scare her? I was on my lunch break and in business attire. I sincerely felt belittled, not an enjoyable experience at all. 1/10 Tiffany's"
