"I'm a local that for many years usually shops in town where they have my favorites at good prices, but lately I'd been feeling unsatisfied with the "by rote" flat personality very av customer service. So I decided to check out the range of products at this new store in Spring Hill - conveniently walking distance from home. And I'm glad I did, because I was treated as a valued customer at every stage. In my opinion, customer service is key. Staff need to have a positive attitude, good communication, product knowledge and have a 'Care Factor' as to their customer's needs. It trumps everything. It's a small store and it didn't stock a couple of things, but I am excited to try what was recommended by the patient gentleman. I may become a regular. A good start definitely. Check them out for sure. 5/5"
