"There's a guy that works there with some face piercings... I don't know his name but he is a joy to my daily shopping experience. Hes so fun, helpful and always up for a yarn about our work days. I actually overheard a customer just today that said used to be HR in retail and he adores this young man's enthusiasm and customer service so much and he just wanted to tell him so and gave him warm words of encouragement.... And I concur. Ima ask his name next visit and I'll ask him if he minds me posting his first name here. He has an undercut and blonde ponytail... and a few facial piercings... in case you visit you will recognize him. Hes a gem, a darling, super helpful, I go out of my way to visit this bws just because I enjoy seeing him in the routine of my day. Best bws worker I've ever met!"
"I had a very unsettling experience at around 5pm today. Stacey needs to receive a brush up on her customer service skills and how to interact with customers, she definitely doesn’t belong in a customer service role. It’s amazing how you can be having a great day and walk into the store all happy and positive with a smile on your face then just one rude and completely unnecessary comment by Stacey towards me when I was paying at the counter can ruin your whole mood. She was trying to imply that I had done something wrong when driving into the drive thru and I was apparently driving recklessly??? She said this to me with a rude tone and a huge attitude. I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about because I had driven cautiously and very slowly past a parked car that was in the left hand lane, I also had my baby in the car so I wouldn’t put his or anyone else at risk. When I asked her what she was talking about and if I had done something wrong (which I hadn’t!) she back chatted me with attitude and then proceeded to answer her mobile phone whilst I was still trying to talk to her and get some clarification on what she meant and why she was making false assumptions about me. I’m a long term BWS customer and this experience has just put a sour taste in my mouth. The way Stacey spoke to me was completely uncalled for. Won’t be going back to this store again. Stacey I hope you’re happy knowing you ruined my day."
