Welcome to Chancez Cafe Possum Hollow, located in Heidelberg, Beverley Road, Lot 1. As a cafe and establishment, we offer more than just great coffee. At Chancez Cafes, we provide life-changing opportunities for individuals who want to learn job skills and create a better future for themselves.

Our NDIS-funded learning pathways are designed to prepare participants for future employment or further training. By joining Chancez, you become part of a supportive community where you can gain valuable skills and experience. Each of our cafes is a popular local venue known for its exceptional coffee and friendly service.

In addition to operating multiple cafes, Chancez offers catering and baking services. This means that by joining us, you can learn a range of skills that are highly sought after in the hospitality industry. We believe in empowering our participants, which is why they play a significant role in running the cafe and making important decisions. Daily tasks are shared among participants, and our dedicated Araluen hospitality support staff are always present on-site.

We are thrilled to be part of this exciting community-driven project! Come and visit us in our beautifully restored W-Class Tram located in Diamond Creek Reserve, next to the Diamond Creek Regional Playspace. The tram cafe is run by Rotary Volunteers, local community groups, and our skilled baristas. On select days, Chancez participants have the opportunity to learn hospitality skills in the cafe (subject to change).

Please note that we currently only accept card payments and have outdoor (under cover) seating available. Enjoy our great coffee and light bites while surrounded by the serene atmosphere of Possum Hollow Playground. Our new covered outdoor seating area provides shelter from the rain or sun. We are proudly supported by the Banyule City Council.

If you're in Mill Park, visit our Chancez Cafe there as well. This partnership between Araluen Primed, Whittlesea Council, and Yarra Plenty Regional Library Service has seen a W-Class Tram restored and transformed into a cafe. Located in Diamond Creek Reserve, near various sporting and leisure facilities, including the Diamond Creek Regional Playspace, this cafe is run by different groups and baristas, providing our participants with the opportunity to learn hospitality skills on select days (subject to change).

Join us at Chancez Cafe Possum Hollow in the leafy surrounds of Possum Hollow Playground at Warringal Parklands, Heidelberg. Take advantage of our new covered outdoor seating area and indulge in our delicious coffee and light bites. We are proud to be supported by the Banyule City Council.
