"Amazing people Tania the receptionist , was excellent and so helpful , and i got to speak to the owner and was so on the pulse with my windows. The delivery boys had to bring the big door and windows upstairs and come under a beam and they didn’t even get a sweat. Couldn’t recommend this company more. Thanks so much we love our new windows and door."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Have lied for 5 months about our window that was ordered at start of our renovation. For the past month it’s “going to be delivered in a week” yet spoke with admin team member who said window hadn’t even been made yet and 4 weeks later, still no window. Biggest porky was that someone was coming in one day at 4:30AM to build the window but alas, still no window. Save your money, time, energy and go with someone professional who has integrity."

"Decided to go with a local small business while we renovating our house . From the start they were great to deal with . But once they got our deposit deadlines were not met which meant our bathroom renovations were postponed. Absolutely no communication from Suncoast windows during the 8 months it took to get the windows completed . Screens all need to be replaced after long discussions about shoddy workmanship . Kids upstairs bedrooms left without security screens on 2 occasions. All mitred corners were obviously done by the. Work experience kid and were maybe installed by the other kid. Only communication we had was for final payment 3 months before job was completed even now it is still not completed but we had enough . Be very careful dealing with these guys and if you do decide to use them , change the contract to payment on completion. They seem to like payment once the windows are delivered."

"Poor workmanship, zero service, window frames out of square, products delivered damaged and we waited months for them to repair, and then there was still issues. We found out after they were made that they were not made to our specifications. We had built to our specs so nothing fitted without us having to do so much extra work and we haven’t got a flush finish floor. We would never use this company again. This is the first time I have ever made an effort to do a negative review but this was a horrible experience for a massive monetary outlay. Would not recommend."
