"I called the company this morning at around 9 am wanting to find out regarding a dog hydro bath for my pup and spoke to Jacob. I was ready to book and pay for an appointment on the spot but he advised he'll give my details (of which I had to provide my address & email address which I was NOT happy about and expressed to Jacob) and I have not heard anything yet and it's 12:20 pm. Really POOR customer service as one cannot even get an appointment booked. I would NOT recommend the company and I will go elsewhere gladly. Also, it is unacceptable to have to give out more than one's phone number when no service has been rendered."
