We encourage you to bring your pet's favorite bedding and toys, although we cannot guarantee their return in the same condition. However, your pet will have them in their kennel, providing them with a sense of familiarity and comfort during their stay.

To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we require dogs to have a current C5 vaccination and be up to date with flea and tick protection. Cats must have a current F3 vaccination and be protected against fleas and ticks as well.

We welcome visitors to come and inspect our boarding kennel and cattery facilities between 3pm and 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding public holidays. This allows you to see firsthand the quality and care we provide to our guests.

Please note that we have certain policies in place for the comfort and safety of all pets. We accept male dogs that are not neutered but do not accept female dogs that are not spayed when they are "in season." However, we do accept entire female dogs at all other times.

In the event of a delay in collecting your pet, please inform us as soon as possible. We will ensure that your pet remains secure and comfortable until you are able to pick them up. Any extension of boarding fees must be settled in full at check-out, and for extended delays of three days or more, we kindly request discussing payment over the phone.

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. In low season, you can cancel at any time with no penalty by calling or emailing us. However, during peak periods such as Easter and Christmas, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept direct debit or American Express payments. Our opening hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 10am and 3pm to 5pm; Wednesday from 8am to 10am; Saturday from 8am to 10am; and Sunday from 3pm to 5pm.
