"Terrible experience! I asked the barber (Tony) to not do couple of things and he just didn’t wanted to listen to me. He gave the haircut that he wanted other than what I was asking him to do and told me “I’ll have the best haircut ever.” He literally gave me one of my worst haircuts ever and charged me $40 for this terrible experience. Never coming back to this deluded person again!"

"Paying 38 dollar for disgusting Christmas ruined haircut, should have visit back to 'IDOHair' as the service is way more better than this shop. At very least all staff were able to understand customer needs with gentle service. Absolutely disgusting Disgusting haircut from female hairdresser, completely did not understand what I was asking, just use your limited idea of cutting, saying that's how you were taught? Asking me to provide picture next time when you mess up my haircut which it will stay at least 2 month to grow back, the first thing I ask for my hair cut is medium long hair cut, but in the end it turns up to be short and all spiky, please use common sense to cut people's hair if you are not sure please ask for picture first instead of cutting straight away. If you are not confident to cut, please do not cut! Please listen first, understand then cut. Even when you cut it too short and want to fking fix it , its pointless better just left it be, as you are making it worst. Even when you comb people hair you comb like smacking people head with your comb and pull, really really rough. Last month, I had a hair cut saying the same request with the Indian guy, he completely understand me, I like it, so I turn up this month to expect the same, but he was not there but the lady, obviously the Indian guy obviously doing better haircut. Anyway not coming back to this place. Disgusting haircut too straight and not smooth round finishing. I was thinking to shave, it was very lucky not happening on my wedding day, anyway it still ruined my Christmas. What I requested when she ask me how should it be done. 1. Medium long hair cuts 2. Undercut both sides with fade underneath the undercut. 3. Fade on the back hair cut 4. I usually comb my hair up and split What she thinking, during cut??? 1. she keep insisting blend , and I thought she understands what I ask and it is the same with fade? 2. Undercut without fade 3. Absolutely disgusting haircut setting 4. Limited handcraft Just compare what the Indian do and the lady work. Seriously?"
